Wedding Updates

long long havent been updating my diary.. so many things done but yet forgotten.. lolxx

Today was a long day.. went to Long SHifu place with ah neo to see her luck for 2008.. n it was a good one for her :) happily.. she went to citigems to buy a present for herself.. it was a nice diamond ring which she got a 50% discount from her birthday voucher.. but she has to wait till Wednesday to collect as her size has no stock in that branch...

after tt.. i meet up with dar to Toh Guan to buy Wine for our dinner... we confirm on a australian wine - Redhill Creeks. It tasted not bad so we decided to take it as we couldnt find the exact one as what holiday inn is giving us for complimentary... then we meet up with Ivan to finalised on the wedding theme n favours. We took a actual view of the room as both the changi room and atrium ballroom are having dinner tonight.. we decided on the crystal theme as it seem like the better one...

Our stomache then start calling for food then we decided to go bukit panjang to eat.. as there has cafe cartel and M1 shop.. dar wanted to eat cafe cartel as the st louis ribs now is having promo.. 12.80 instead of 15.60.. great bargain.. Emily happened to be working and she given us a treat.. Thanks Emily.. :)

then we walked around the M1 shop.. after walking in and out of the shop.. we decided on Doopod C730.. as my HP 6816 is quite old now.. and Doopod C730 has Wi-fi, 3.5G and keypad.. however,.. i aiming dar HTC Touch Dual and might exchange with him.. lolxxx (he just bought 3 days ago also),..HTC Touch DUal is only exclusive to Singtel thus i got no chance to buy..

then now finally i home and not tired to open my laptop and posting on my blog.. haha.. but i going to dismantle my christmas tree.. lolxx.. will be updating again

Hen Party - 12 January 2008

Me - first one to be married out and those 38 seem so eager to sabo me.. haha..

First programe on list - Weijing with me to Vivo to enjoy a pampering mani and pedi... relaxing treat (but i know something bad will come)
Second - We took the train and proceed to Sentosa to meet up with Jujin, Liting and Meiyan... i have to find my present one whole of Palawan beach.. Hint*to get one.. need a pic with a yandao (oh no.. but not even one on the whole beach) i have taken with a 'so so" guy and a waiter at work haha.. as it is going to rain.. the gers give me more hints inorder not to be soak wet haha.. The present - a sexy 2 pc lingerie.. OMG - a bad sigh
Third - i was blindfolded to the car.. where are they driving me?? erm.. erm..
We went reach a hotel in Queen's Street (near bugis).. the gers had the room all decorated with balloons.. a room all prepared for some games...

everyone took turns for their bath and time for some sabo.. haha.. the rest is all up to your imagation.. haha..

This year christmas is rather quiet as Weijing is off to Korea, Jujin off to Vietnam and Liting off to Genting..
So our christmas is BBQ with Dar's frens... as usual we went to buy the food in the morning and bbq at night.. after that.. gifts exchange and i rec'd a organiser and dar a "mouse".. haha....

How i wish i can see snow in christmas... *hope* haha....

Today is our GDL cum An Shung Day.. it was stilla bit far from our wedding but it is the nearest auspicious weekend from our wedding..

Me and dar woke up around 7 to change bed sheets so it become "New".. hehe.. then we stock count all the necessary once again - cakes, pig trotters, all the misc items etc.. quite a handful to carry..

Me (the bride) still have to help carry up on behalf of the groom.. haha.. no choice.. there is no mei ren.. after the event over.. we have to go over distribute cakes and invitation cards to relatives and i finally saw many relatives i havent seen before in my lfe.. lolxxx...

Our First Christmas Tree

We have our first christmas tree for this 2007.. hehe.. it was a great bargain from Aqua Trading in Yishun Central. It costs only $19 for a 5-ft tall christmas tree and all their decorations has a 30% off. We decided to make it simple for this year round to save costs.. hehe..

Now is exam period again.. struggling with my last paper once more.. P1 - Professional Accountant.. all on theory.. now time this paper is being tested as new syabullus.. hopefully it wont be a tough one.. i just hope for 50 marks.. lolxx...

After these few days of sourcing.. we have finally fixed on the itnerary for our Australia Trip.. remember i say the last time.. we will go gold coast and sydney.. now we have changed our plan to go another place - Hobart in Tasmania.. hee.. just extending two more nights in Australia.. so here is the finalised update of the itnerary:

26 Apr 0030 Depart Singapore for Sydney via SQ
26~28 Apr: Two nights stay in Quality Cambridge Hotel @ Riley Street
28 Apr 0855 Depart Sydney for Hobart via Virgin Blue
28~30 Apr: Two nights stay in Hobart Macquarie @ Macquarie Street
30 Apr 1200 Depart Hobart for Gold Coast via Virgin Blue
30Apr~4May: Four nights stay at Rays Resort @ Southport
4 May 2345 Depart Brisbane for Singapore

What left now is the car rental which can be booked later..

Total: 5 days leave to be taken.. can be 4 days if Monday morning we are still strong enough to go back work.. lolxx.... cant wait for April to come..

Air Tixs Confirmed

After much findings and consideration.. we have finally fixed on Gold Coast and Sydney for our Honeyroom.. i have managed to find the better air tix at Misa Travel by SQ direct flight on the following dates:

depart singapore for Sydney on 25 April Midnight, reached on 26 April Morning
depart brisbane back to singapore on 2 May night time, reached on 3 May morning

we can fully utilise the 2 whole day on the date of arrival and departure and we only need 4 days leave as that week has a PH i.e. Labour Day.. :p....

The intinerary in between has yet to confirmed as we need to book car rental, hotels and domestic flight from sydney to Gold Coast..

Cant wait to go travelling.. leg itching now.. lolxx

Today was the trial make up at Sandy new shop. She has converted her freelance business to a retail business at tanjong pagar plaza blk 7.. she has import those evening gown and ROM gowns in addition to her make up business.. she has done a evening trial make up for me.. i'm pretty satisifed with it except for some simple corrections i want which i will inform her on the AD.. 2 months and 5 days counting down.. hee..

Weekend at Puala Ubin

This saturday is Dar off and we have booked for a weekend getaway to Puala Ubin with Fishy and Mermaid.. we headed for Marina Country Club at 9am and took the 10 am ferry. Guess what.. it is my first time to Ubin.. haha.. very mountain turtle right.. lucky for us... we are able to check in despite reaching early as there are rooms available.. when we have put down our luggage and getting ready to explore the island by bicyle.. FIshy and Mermaid has a shocking news for us.. Mermaid is 6 WEEKS PREGNANT thus cannot ride bicycle.. haha.. 4 months in their wedding and they have a new addition in 9 months times.. congrats to fishy and mermaid :)... so we decided to go by foot.. after realising the attractions is too far by foot.. we went back to the resort to watch tv.. when mermaid is feeling sleepy and went to sleep.. we rented bicyle and explored to Chek Jawa.. the only attractions in Puala Ubin.. it was a tiring ride as it is full of slopes and it has been ages since i ride a bicyle.. haha... after coming back at 5 plus we are too tired to ride any more and returned the bicyle.. we bath and took a van to the main jetty for seafood together with mermaid... it was delicious.. perhaps due to the tiring ride.. haha..
Nothing much happened after tt and we headed back to Singapore the next day..
Oh ya.. one more thing.. jessica has given birth to little esther on saturday by natural birth at KKH.. we went to visit her when we are back in Singapore.. both mummy n baby look fine and healthy.. so many new little ones in our gang soon.. hee..

Yesterday we are invited to share the joy with Weijing and Leonard as they become man and wife.. lolxx.. finally i have a kaki into my club.. their solemnisation was held at Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel at 1pm... Everything was per the normal except they took out the "you may now kiss the bride".. never expect them to be shy?? hahaha... but i guess is up to individual choice.. can see they are quite gan cheong also during the exchanging of vows and rings.. hehe... i guess it happen to everyone.. so who's next in our gang?.. stay tunes.. hee

Happy Deepavali to all our Indian Folks out there...
yesterday we went back to Holiday Inn to taste the Lotus Rice... it was also nice.. after some discussion, we sticked to take Lotus Rice instead of Fried RIce as it was more presentable.. thus our MENU IS FINALISED.. one more thing settled...now is realli like putting the jigsaw puzzle in place.. haha..
we proceed to bugis guan yin temple pray pray since we were just around there.. then we went to OG.. Levi has some offers and me n dar each bought a jean for CNY.. hehe.. a bit KS.. mine however need to alter the length.. Looking forward CNY as this year we were celebrating in our own love nest and we will be gg ipoh on Chu 2 for celebration of our wedding and new year with dar relatives..

Food Tasting

Food Tasting on 4 Nov 2007

Yesterday was our food tasting session at Xin Cusine Restaurant. Dar's Mum was at our House so we set off with two cars to pick up "Da Yi", Daddy n Mummy at 545 but it was already 715 when we reached the restaurant.. we were shown to the VIP.. never been to any VIP room before.. keke.. when we were seate.. we browse thru the menu which is going to be served to us.. we realised that 2 items were not changed as confirmed with Ivan earlier.. the staff couldnt managed to contact Ivan a few times.. i decided to contact him myself.. Managed to get him at one call.. he seem to have forgotten about my request.. but they are able to change the cream of green bean to yam paste with Ginko nuts.. but not the lotus rice.. as it need time to cook.. thus we have to go with the fried rice at the food tasting session.. but he compensated us by giving us a bottle of red wine upon our request.. hehe.. all the dishes are large in portion and taste except for some fine details as point out by Liang Hao (he is a cook and know how to go for smell, taste, look) whereas we only go for taste.. lolxx... we have communicate our feedback to the chef and hopefully he amemend our request and maintain the same standard on the actual day...
Ivan later promised us that me n Eugene can go for a tasting of the Lotus Rice with Dim sum on 8 Nov (deepavali) with his compliments while confirming some final details.. hee.. gg to eat eat again...

3 Nov 2007 - We Collected our Photos :D

We went to Inspiration with Daddy, mummy and mei to collect our photos. Su juan show us the MTV and Photo Montage upon our arrival. The photo montage was very up to our satisfaction but the MTV was sort of less than what we expected.. i guess is due to the short period of filming we have at Desaru.. but nevertheless we are still pretty satisifed.. I proceed on to choose my day n evening gown.. i have a headache choosing the gowns especially the evening one... In the end the day gown i settled on a simple bustier and a green evening bare back gown... that is even simpler haha.. but i feel i look better in simple gown haha..
Daddy didnt managed to choose any coat in the end as the size doesnt seem to fit him.. so he decided to tailor made one suit.. we went to Holiday Inn later to find Danny to do the measurement.. it costs RM 460 for a coat and a trousers... pretty good bargain for Japan Cloth..
As for Dar.. he can choose 2 coats.. he choosen 1 with "China Neckline" to match my Kua and one White one to match my Green Evening Gown...
After that.. we went to "san Lou" to have dinner.. by the time we reached Singapore it was ald 9 plus.. tiring day....

Jerseys Found!!!

We have found the jerseys we wanted for our Brothers and Sisters on our AD.. it is part of our intention to have 2 teams (Brothers vs Sisters) so we decided to source for a similar type of top for all... We will print Numbers and our Team (EV United) on all of them before passing to our Brothers & Sisters.. Brothers Team will be "blue" and Sisters Team will be "red"..... With Kelvin taking the pictures and Daniel doing the Xpress HIghlight.. it will be good memory when we see the video and pictures after our AD...

Step by step.. we are completing the process of planning our AD.. i feel that the planning part is always the most fun and AD will just passed in the blink of the eye... 3 more months for me to enjoy this process of planning.. lolxxx

2 Wedding Issues Settled today:
1) Our Wedding Toys for the car.. bought at City Square for RM36.... actually wanted to bu Mashi Maro.. but cannot find.. so settled for Doraemon instead.. hehe...
2) Finally settled out Invitation Card at T&T Printing at City Square also.. RM 232 only for 200 pcs postcard style with one of our wedding pic and logo.. we intend to go spotlight to buy translucent paper to decorate it with ribbon.. shall be updating when managed to buy... shall be issusing to frens and relatives 1 month before our AD.. hehe..

After we are out of JB.. we went to Pasir Ris Fish Farm to buy new companion for our Notti and Lazy.. (FYI we called Clown Goby "Lazy" cos it is a lazy fish that doesnt swim around.. lolxx).. we bought a brown tank and gamma...

Went to Jalan Kayu to bought my first fish yesterday.. hehe.. clown fish aka Memo... i like it among the crowd the moment i saw the tank.. dar has a hard time catching it as it keep struggling and it even fell to the floor when we caught it.. luckily it is unhurt and now happily swimming among the rocks.. i decide to name it "Notti" cos it so naughty to keep jumping while we catching it.. lolxx

Hooray.. gotten my photo album at tangs yesterday... those black acid free paper which i can paste the potrait pics inside.... PRINTS sell them for 50 plus 60.. yesterday i managed to get one at 31.95 from Tangs at Vivicity.. there was a 50% discount from then usual 63.90.. Heng~~.. otherwise realli have a hard time looking for the album previously.. either too costly or too small or colour not suitable.. this one is cheap good and i colour red.. auspicious colour... lolxx

Monday again.. time realli flies every week... this morning i feel my pants is tighter.. really gotta do something before January liao.. haha..
updates over the weekend: Me n dar attended his Company Function aka Aztech Vegas Night 2007 at Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel on Saturday.. the reason being called Vegas night was there was 3 tables of gambling session going using Aztech Dollars..(P.S. the dollars are useful which will be disclosed soon).. Everyone was seated at 730pm starting with a speech by the MD Mr James Lim.. there was a couples of games after that before the dinner commenced.. our dinner was interuped by various games.. the MC was quite funny... there are 2 games which i will say more in details.. one of them is supposed to have 4 couples doing MTV dance - Hindi, Malay, English and Chinese.. as Dar is sabo by his collegues.. i become a victim as well.. but we are requested by to do Hindi thus not for bad for me ONLY.. as in Hindi Dance.. normally the ger is just sitting there doing nothing whereas Dar have to run around the whole room and hiding here n there.. haha.. it was indeed a funny sight.. For the engligh - doing Titanic, Chinese - Two lovers longing to see each other and doing chinese dance, Malay - Washing clothes by the river and the guy riding a horse to the river and followed by a Malay Dance.. haha....Another item is using the Aztech Dollars to bid for "washing machine", "Vaccum cleaner" and "Massager"... haha.. when everyone has shown hand to bid for the items.. the items were.. washing board, dustpan and a DIY massager stick.. lolxxx... what a "disappointing" bid.. haha... the program all eneded around 1130 which then has dance till 1am..

but me and dar leaved at 1145 as we are meeting jujin , meiyan, weijing, liting them at DBLO... clubbing night again.. yes.. haha... long time haven catch up with those gers.. especially even weijing turn up.. :p.... the songs tt night were not bad... mostly retro which suits us.. haha..

This is the gown i get from Sandy.. but i seem to be fatter for the dress now.. sob sob.. time to diet..

we went home and i fall asleep around 3plus getting ready for another tiring Sunday...
Sunday we have to wake up at 7 plus to eat Dim Sum with my family to celebrate Mei Mei Bday which falls on 16 October... we went to "Red Star" at chin swee road there.. it was my first time there.. the crowd is long and never ending though the restaurant is quite big... generally i would rate it a 7/10 point as nothing was quite impressive except for the egg tarts and the price is not cheap also.. but it was the traditional way of pushing those carts around which was seldom seen nowadays...after DIM SUm.. i have class in the afternoon and went for AMK to have dinner later on... we fall asleep around 9pm.. it was indeed an exhausting weekend for us....

Shoes and Bedsheets

haven been updating for a while..
So tiring recently.. last attended a 2 days conference on Wednesday and Thursday at Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel on HRM for Financial Institutions.. ok.. i know i am not a HR person but i work closefully with the HR department ma.. lolxx... the conference costs about 2k plus per pax but our company has 2 complimentary passes as a supporting organisation thus there i am... haha.... some speakers are quite interesting whereas some are quite boring.. one speaker din turn up due to a flight delay in KL airport..
some updates about my wedding preparations...i has found my bridal shoes at city plaza this Monday... Mummy bargain the price for me and managed to get it at $45.. lolxxx..and Thanks to Siew Leng for helping me buy the latest Aussino Wedding Bedsheets last friday with a member discount of 30%.. 2 more things done.. hee.... will post some pics soon

One last thing.. i finally gotten my tailor made gown yesterday from Sandy.. hooray.. it was actually meant for the wedding dinner at Ipoh this coming CNY but we might not hold it anyway so i will wear it for my Dar co D&D this saturday.. haha.. will post some pics soon

Today is suppose to go Holiday Plaza collect Dar's pants but the shop is not open due to some personal reason.. so we go bowling with Quek instead at Safra Tampines... haven been bowling for quite a long time and my round was terrible.. only 78 marks.. haha.. 108 and 111 for 2nd and 3rd round consecutively.. after bowling we went to Fish Farm at Pasir Ris to buy "rocks" for our fish tank.. another step more to the completion.. did not buy enough and still need a while before fishes and corals can be put in...

Today is a sinful day.. to start with i meet amy, peijin and Liting for Macdonald Breakfast.. after which they came to my house and watch "Shutter".. i know i am outdated but surprisingly the 4 of us all havent watch before.. haha... after the movie.. we started our Mahjong session.. it lasted all the way till 9 plus.. haha.. in between we still ordered candian pizze to eat... we headed for supper at 888 plaza after the MJ session.. it was indeed a sinful day with lots of unhealthy food and gambling session.. haha.. but we are just training for our older days activities.. :P

haven been logging in to my blog for a long long time.. haha.. have been busy everyday dunno over what.. haha...
Last Saturday attended my youngest uncle Solemnisation.. he has tied the knot with a China Lady Miss Lu Xu.. wishing them blissful always...
Last sunday was a busy day.. vreniz coming to my house to practise for our final dance on Monday... we practise for 1-2 hrs before i heeded to Holiday Inn Atrium to view the table settings in Changi Room.. Ivan advised us not to go beyond 24 tables as it will be too cramp and we wont be able to have 2 projectors.. so next tough job is to squeeze my guests list to 24 tables.. after holiday inn we went down to china square "Teahouse" actually wanting to celebrating Chernobyl bday but we were a bit late thus never join in the dim sum session as last order is just 10 mins away.. we then heeded for Natas Fair with Fishy n Mermaid at Expo... It was changed to Expo this year without our knowledge and we still went to Suntec on friday.. lolxx...
we checked a few booth for our Australia Trip next year.. so that we can save up and set a budget for the trip.. keke...

Then Monday comes.. so excited.. today we have to do the dance... i guess we 3 were all anxious and were a bit out of pace here n there... nevertheless i am proud of the dance that we have compiled in just a few hrs and the hard work we have put in..Good Work, Gers!! We have decided to practise and dance again to make our video recording...

yesterday have class from 2-5pm.. boring.. in the meantime dar went for 5k Servicing liao... finally can step on the Accelerator more.. think we are just being KS.. cos usually people only run-in for 1k or not at all.. haha... time to try the V-Tec... zoom zoom~~

Today i am finally free... dar has gone for his usual soccer now and i am here surfing net and updating my blog.. still got a few hrs before the usual gang coming to our house today for swimming, mahjong etc .. to celebrate Mermaid, Diana and Remy bday.. going to buy a cake later when dar is back...

in the meantime...i found 1 photo taken few months back with Alicia during Doris wedding and i like my blonde hair that time.. i'm going to dye it blonde again my wedding.. lolxx

Little Bernie is 1 years Old

Today is the full month celebration for little Bernie (Susan baby girl)..Dar went to soccer in the morning at punggol whereas i went up DIana house to sit sit while waiting for him before heading for Susan House also in Sengkang... Little Bernie is so cute.. she look like mummy not daddy... hehe.. this year has been to so many full month and 1-yr celebrations... seeing these parents sometimes make me wonder do i realli wan to have a bb in the future.. seem like so many sacrifices... growing fat.. weekend all burnt.. hv to take care of 1 more person... etc etc.. no wonder there is this song.. "Shi Shang Zhi You Ma Ma Hao".. haha.. now i understand why... they always tell me you will only understand when the bb is growing inside u.. haha...

anyway there is still a long way to go.. will think when the time comes... lolxxx

Boring Weekend~~

Time to update my blog after another weekend...

It was a boring and tiring weekend indeed... Saturday was class for the whole day.. after which we went for Dinner with Fishy, Mermaid and Chernobyl at harbour city restaurant at PSA building.. It was Fishy Birthday!!...after tt.. we went to ikea to buy my display cabinet.. finally bought it after a long time.. i go some many things to display.. keke.....now it is lying there waiting for my dar to set it up...oh ya.. one good thing on saturday.. MAN U WON 1-0... Hooray!!!

Sunday was JB day as usual but this time with dar's mummy.. actually Stephanie (dar's sister) is also going.. but she throw a temper cos dar was busy talking to customer and did not ans her call when he is fetching them up.. and ended up not gg... Attitude~.. we went for lunch and shopping at city square and come back at around 5 plus.. and went for dinner at ard 7 plus.. then we send dar mummy back.. on our way back... we passed by durian stall and tot of calling mermaid if wan to eat durians together.. (she and dar are super durian lovers) haha.. but we decide not to as we are still quite full from the dinner.. and guess what they called us at 10 plus and said they have durians and will be bringing up to our house and eat together.. lolxxx.... after they left.. it is soccer time for dar and i went to sleep... another good thing today... CHELESA LOST 2-0...hehehehe....

Saturday was baby keane 1st bday celebration. It was a simple one.. diana and james ordered buffet at their void deck and only relatives and close friends were invited... times realli flies.. it was just like yesterday when he was born and now he is 1 years old.. age is really catchinh up.. haha...
Sunday i have class from 10-5... catch up lesson was by Roy Goh... he like to crack jokes (some which are cold ones) haha... but overall he was fine.. but he was only teaching me make up lessons then lesson resume with Doriminic.. a new teacher which i heard is a real boring one.. :p
After my class... i meet up with my family and dar.. and we went to heeren lemongrass to have dinner to celebrate mummy bday.. after tt.. we went to the new 8 Level OG at Faber house.. though 8 levels.. but each level was small... and the variety of products was not tt much.. after shopping for a while then we went home...
Yesterday was also Man U 4th match this season and yet to have a win in the previous 3.. luckily they managed a win yesterday.. *hooray... Fishy and Mermaid also bought durian up my house to eat as they didnt managed to get tickets to watch the 881 at causeway point..
after they left.. i doze off before having time to write this post.. keke... Monday is here again...

2 days just passed like that again.. Friday night was gers night out with Jujin, Meiyan and Liting.. so coincidence we bump into Guan Xiong, Kent and Sotong... our ex-JSS school mates... it was crowded as usual and we left after we finished our bottle of martell (thanks to Sam-Meiyan's fren, Guan XIong and Kent).. haha.. after our drinking session.. Jujin and Liting proceed to my home for a mahjong session with dar dar also... the game ended at 4am and i was the big loser.... lolxx.. everyone went to sleep and woke up at ard 10am to prepare to set off to Sandy place for our gown choosing session.
It was raining on our way there but it never affect our mood at all.. we each tailor made a gown lolxx... Jujin choose a greyish black long one.. liting choose a creamy white short and me a champagn short one as well.. expected delivery is 3-6 weeks... it was already 12 plus and we go our seperate ways at AMK mrt...
Me and dar proceed to JB as we wanted to change a new car alarm.. we explored a few shops at Jalan Kota Tinggi... finally we found one with the most reasonable pricing.. after much choosing and changing.. we finally chose one "Spider" for our new car.. it comes with various functions and it make me feel much safer as we frequents JB quite often... the mechanic was very careful and skillful and by the time everything was in place.. it was already 8pm.. we quickly rushed out as actually we need to meet Dar's frens at Tampines Ikea and Giant.. but it was already 9pm when we go out so we just went for dinner instead..
It was a clear Sunday morning but dar soccer was cancelled as the field was too wet.. he was disappointed.. we woke up at ard 10am to wash car.. then we proceed to Bugis to pray pray at Guan Yin Temple.. and proceed to Meyson to see their new arrival as i'm thinking to upgrading my ring for a bigger diamond as there is a 80% trade in for the 1st yr.. nothing fancy our eyes so we moved on to Sim lim tower to buy thumb drive... it was already 3plus so we rushed home preparing for the bbq at night for Joe's bday...i start deep frying some items at 4 plus and by 6 plus everyone was here.. luckily the rain has stopped and we start with our bbq smoothly at 7.. when everything has ended it was already 10plus.. we still have to do some housework and by 12 plus.. i was exhausted and fallen asleep.. what a tiring weekend!!

Yes.. we finally started our level 2 after almost a year.. haha.. last night was our first lesson.. n we have a new teacher - Sophia.. She is replacing Natalie due to Natalie has injuried her spine.. nevertheless Sophia is also good.. she teach us step by step how to achieve the curve, wave etc..however she was expecting in Level 2...we have come out with a dance with our own songs in level 2.. stress~~~

Last night was nice.. we practice our body wave against the floor this time compared to against the mirror previously,.. the new name is big worm and small worm.. lolxx... for this.. we can practise on the bed as it is much easier as the floor is too hard for our knee cap... we gotta practise hard this time for the graduation night... Collected our New Airwave today.. hooray..hee..i just loved the big boot space after driving a getz with so little boot.. haha.. after collection.. we went to Johor Jaya to change our rims immediately as the original we got is 14" steel rims.. so ugly.. :p Ah xiang tried to tempt us to change to 16" sports rim but the price was too much difference from 15" so we decided to stick to 15" for now..

after that we drive to Jetsco nearby curtain shop as Fishy and Mermaid need to do a set of curtain for their study room and spare room.
After we have dinner, it was already 8 plus and we rushed to Inspiration to view our photos index.. and collected the template for our invitation card printing...

After changing car have to control spending more as installment has increases but hopefully petrol consumption will go down cos it is suppose to be more fuel effective.. haha..n dar have run in at 80km/h... letting vans and lorries overtake him..lolxx

Yesterday was our appointment with Daniel - Wow Media. Dar suddenly decided that he wan a videographer for our morning ceremony to capture the special moments so we meet up with daniel who is also fishy and mermaid videographer. We viewed his works and decided to go ahead, cos the most important factor is that he can give us the best price.. hehe... so now one more thing confirmed for our wedding.. i must ask my jie mei to give them more punishment to make the video more meaningful.. Back from Krabi!!!

Time flies... 4 days just passed like that.... We are back from our ROM Honeymoon - Krabi. It was raining most of the time but it never spoilt our mood.

On our 1st day we reached Krabi Airport at about 630pm then we proceed to our hotel - Best Western Ao Nang Resort & Spa, the same one we stayed last year. We quickly checked in and went to dinner with Fishy & Mermaid. They have been waiting for our arrival since thursday..they are on their honeymoon as well.. haha... our 1st meal there was at the open hawker beside the resort. It was the same place we had nearly every meal during our last trip. Liting was also there as well but i missed her msg asking for dinner together.. so paiseh.. this year, the auntie's stall which we frequent last year was not there anymore. *sadz* Fishy recommended us another stall which is also not bad.. after our 1st satisifying meal.. we procced to start shopping and bargaining along the stretch of shops.. then to massage.. :p
2nd day - We woke up at 7am intending to go kayacking after breakfast but it was dizzling and fishy decided not to go after all. so we rented a motorbike.. fishy has some problems with the bike initially as he nv ride a bike b4. but everything was fine after he warmed up.. but he still need traffic controller - Mermaid to help him when doing U-Turn or going up or down slope haha.. we explore around the island and do some shopping... we went to the beach when it is low tide to collect sea shells for our fish tank and we have some food along the stall at the beach.. i never dared to eat roadside stall but those food look so delicious that i decided to try.. it was realli tasty esp the fried sotong.. yum yum... we returned the bike at around 9pm and decided to go for our daily massage.. but it was so crowded and we have to go back 1 hour later... after massage.. everyone was so tired and we returned to sleep
3rd day - It was a cloudy day but no rain. We were happily dressed to go to James Bond Island. We have to take a 1.5 hr car ride to the jetty to take a longtail boat to the island. It was the island where the movie was taken. The mountain was nice.. after which we proceed for lunch at the panyvee island where there was only 3 familes 200 year ago to 150 familes now.. there were all muslims... after lunch.. we proceed back to the jetty to take the minibus to the monkey temple where we saw the Declining Buddha... then we proceed to the natural reserve in the hope of wading in the waterfall but due to the rain earlier on.. the water was unclear thus we could only view the waterfall... it was around 4pm already and we proceed back to the resort.. we went for a swim at the resort pool to satisfied our craving for wanting to jump into the waterfall earlier on.. haha.. after the swim.. we were all very hungry and we went for dinner at our usual place.. then shopping then massage as usual again.. haha
4th day - Today is our final day in Krabi.. so fast.. we went for breakfast.. by this time.. we were sort of tired of their breakafst cos there is not much choices so i just eat bread and egg... after which.. we check with the resort GM if we could check out later as our flight is only at 7pm.. luckily Fishy already "gao pui" with her few days ago.. we are allowed to keep one room till 4pm when our airport transfer come.. haha..so we went shopping and massage again till around 3plus where we come back and bath..
we went with 1 bag and go back with 2.. fishy and mermaid go with 2 but back with 5 haha.. but they were in Thailand for 10 days.. 4 in Bangkok and 6 in Krabi.. so cannot blame them :P... luckily the airport transfer car still could squezze in our 7 bags.. in not we have to take a van instead...
we are back in singapore around 10pm and overall it was a enjoyable trip. I will definately visit Krabi again for my 3th time. :)

Havent been updating my blog for the past 4 days... cos i am rushing "Full House" hehe.. finally i completed in 4 days... 4 episodes per day from saturday to yesterday.. gosh.. i'm sooooo tired now but yet satisified..hehe.. this is my weak point.. once i start a serial.. i will be eager to watch finish... funny thing.. dar dar also followed me every day chase this serial haha....
Yesterday we also went to CD-Rama to collect "My Girl" soundtrack which we ordered sometime ago... All the music shops we went to is out of stock.. such hot in demand.. think Korean Drama is the trend now...
Which serial should i start watching next?? haha....

19.07.07 - Fishy & Mermaid Wedding

Congrats to Fishy and Mermaid (Royston and Charlene)... today is the day they tied the knot after many yrs of courtship.. they will be holding their dinner at Grand Hyatt (Sir Stamford Room). The dinner commenced at around coming to 9pm which is expected for Chinese Wedding Dinner. Most of the tables are fully occupied which is good sign... the table settings are all in black.. unique design as seldom couples will choose black as the theme.. but overall the room seem a bit dull and dim.. the dishes were not bad and serving was enough for everyone... our group (getzclub) sabo the groom by drinking chivas with 2 raw eggs inside... yucks and the bride has to eat a banana in between the groom leg.. they were sporting enought to complete these 2 tasks.. guess that's what happen to every couples.. hopefully it will not be worse on our turn.. hehe...

Over the weekend.. we have done up our fixture tank for bar counter...another new addition to our cosy place.. we have been searching around woodlands for fish equipment shop.. been to Blk 111, woodlands Loop, woodlands link.. all cant find.. also dunno where my dar got these address from.. haha.. finally found in Woodlands St 31.. we managed to buy the stones, the bubble effect and the lightening.. after much hassle.. finally it was set up on saturday night.. afterwhich we cook Strappegetti to eat while watching Korea Movie "200 Pounds Girl" which we bought earlier at Holiday Plaza in JB.. what a tiring day yesterday from going jb shopping to NTUC at Sun plaza to Fish Tank Shop to setting up the tank and finally enjoying our dinner.. :)

This morning has to wake up to early to prepare a meal for ah neo as promised.. i decided to cook honey pork ribs, dou miao and old cucumber soup... the soup took ages to be ready as i'm using slow cooker... hee.. i guess overall is still ok only.. still need a lot brushing up on my culinery skills haha.. but ah neo and dar still give some face.. eat finish all la.. haha.. then ah neo proceed to meet her brother while dar and me watch our 2nd DVD - Dancing Lion.. afterwhich we took a afternoon nap :p around 6 plus... we were both woken up by his fren call and me by Alicia call.. She and Leonard jio us to view the status of their upcoming home also at Woodland - Lacasa. It was already more than 50% complete.. the concept is very nice and a very relaxing feeling.. big pool and nice clubhouse.. guess they must be very excited as the TOP is getting nearer and nearer.. we went to CP for pastamania after that and grocery and CD shopping.. Leonard and Dar make a fool of themselves at CD-Rama by posing YOGA postures.. Free Entertainment for me and Alicia.. haha... when we reach home.. it was already 10 plus.. after some housework.. time to sleep for a brand new week....zzzzzz

Went to watch with my dar at GV Marina last night.. Nice show~~ but reached home at 1am.. sooo tired now... how i wish i can transform into a Trunk and park at car park to have a nap.. lolxxxx (gg crazy)...
tonight gotta to have an early sleep... but still have to wash clothes.. new home = marriage = housechores and housechores.. lolxx.. luckily.. we have a segretation of duties.. i will do those dry one like ironing, changing bedsheets, etc....whereas dar will do those wet one like dish washing.. toilet washing etc... lolxxx.. what a fair allocation.. right??? :p

Yesterday was the day me and dar dar signed the "contract" liao.. haha... it was only a 5 mins event but it seems so long cos i was so gan cheong.. hehe.. with all the guests sitting behind us hearing us exhcange vowes and rings.. it was so paiseh.. hehe.. but overall everything went on smoothly.. we reached the hotel in time.. the ceremony started without any delay and the food was great... Foy and Arthur were very helpful and they make sure everything went on smoothly.. i would definately rate their service A1.. hehe.. afterwhich we went to balcony for a drink as ah neo couldnt make it to the event as she has her exams... then we went back to Furama for our free night stay... today marks a new beginning for me and dar dar.. a new chapter of our life together... :)

Finally after 2 months of waiting.. the 2 fish tanks we ordered has arrived... one for marine fish and another for lightening effect in our bar counter... cant wait to be put in place.. but my dar say still need to regulate water for 1 month before can start putting in fishes if nt they will die.. :p.. i want put in memo... hehe.. i think i wan 3.. my fav no. lolxxx... hopefully i c my memo swimming around in august...

Today went to inspiration to view our photos...gosh.....we like it sooooo much especially the outdoor one.. the scenary is so nice...from the lalang to the sky to the sea... i must give a thumb up to our photographer, david, :p.... but however nice, we have our budget constraint so we heart pain pain reject a lot and end up with 36 pcs.. :) now cant wait to view the 2nd draft with digital frame etc... the next date to view will be 11 Aug.. 6 more weeks to go... stay tuned..lolxxx

Has been around to see cars for the past few days.. the new Stream is soooooo nice... fierce looking n Tong.. lolxxx... but Accord still look the best.. my ideal car... :p... but all these are out of budget considering the extra money needed to pay off our baby getz... Airwave seem like a more practical and economy choice..mini wagon but 5 seater... look impressive enough for a budget car... haha but i still prefer black.. same goes for my dar... haha...
